Job Description: As a Customer Service Assistant, provides the most effective way of handling Outbound supply related tasks serving Mars markets and factories. Using Atlas, PDLS and related 3rd party systems for order fulfillment and also communicates with the relevant stakeholders, As a Hold and Release Coordinator , needs to focus on process optimization, and data-driven decision-making, while ensuring product integrity and quality statuses up-to-date. Play a vital role in enhancing overall performance and achieving strategic objectives. Supports process and system related developments projects for Bokros factory.
