About this role

Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Distribution Centers Operations Coordinator is to manage governance processes, operational reporting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement projects in relationship with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider across Canadian Distribution Centers. The position ensures that 3PL business processes run efficiently, while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks, upholding Distribution Quality Management (DQM) compliance, and maintaining audit readiness. Additionally, the role supports inventory control governance and stock accuracy, providing ongoing support with warehouse cycle count audits, book-to-physical inventory reconciliation between WMS and ERP systems, variance investigations, and stock health tracking.…
