Job Description: We’re looking for an Education & Training Leader to drive the future of learning and organizational capability at our site. In this role, you’ll champion the Education & Training pillar of our Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program—empowering our Associates, embedding digital tools like Poka, and building a high-performing, future-ready workforce. What are we looking for? Hands-on experience with Mars Supply Excellence (MSE), TPM, or Lean manufacturing tools. Proven track record in a similar role within a business/manufacturing environment, Significant experience managing and improving operational performance. Well-established experience guiding teams through change Ability to learn and leverage cutting-edge digital learning technology (such as Poka ) to elevate training.…
