About this role

Job Description: As the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will serve as a critical member of the Plant Senior Management Staff, setting the overall HSE vision for our Yorkville and Northwestern Flavors facilities. In this role, you will champion the vital relationship between safety, productivity, Associate engagement, and business profitability. Your goal is to translate Global HSE strategy into site execution, partnering with Operations and Engineering to drive one aligned factory agenda. Beyond maintaining a continuous “audit-ready” state of compliance, you will drive the overall Mars HSE culture, improve site policies, and lead external efforts to ensure safety and environmental stewardship in the communities where we operate.…
