Job Description: As the People & Organization Business Partner, you will be responsible for executing the P&O agenda for the North Africa & Levant Cluster. The role will have day-to-day HR partnership across the associate lifecycle while contributing to talent, performance, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives. The P&O BP will work closely with site leadership, people managers, and the wider P&O team to implement people initiatives, address associate needs, and support the delivery of the site’s business and people priorities promoting a “one Mars” environment that delivers P&O programs and support for all Associates and Line Managers.…
