Job Description: Position Overview The Global P&O Manager, BP & Effectiveness role is a hands-on, highly collaborative role designed to drive the execution of Mars Snacking’s Human-Led, Digitally Powered Enterprise (HLDPE) strategy. This role serves as the central engine for tracking key strategic metrics, orchestrating the portfolio of strategic initiatives, and coordinating across Snacking P&O teams to deliver on enterprise goals. Working in close partnership with the People Data & Analytics (PD&A) and Talent & Culture teams, this role will manage, review, and continuously improve the unified Business Scorecard, ensuring measurement consistency across the entire Snacking segment.…
