About this role

Job Description: The Mars Transfer Pricing Transformation Manager is responsible for leading transfer pricing requirements, operating model design, process transformation, and SAP S/4HANA solution deployment activities within a global ERP transformation program. The role serves as the primary Tax SME for transfer pricing policies, intercompany transactions, profit allocation methodologies, legal entity reporting requirements, and operational transfer pricing processes. The individual partners with Tax, Finance, Controllership, Supply Chain, Business Units, Shared Services, and IT teams to ensure transfer pricing requirements are embedded within SAP S/4HANA design, supporting compliance, operational efficiency, financial transparency, and audit readiness.…
