Job Description: Your Purpose & Impact at Mars The primary purpose of this role is to reimplement and sustain the plant's continuous improvement system (TPM + Lean), eliminating losses in efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery. Rather than simply applying tools, this position exists to build organizational capability, ensuring that every leader and operator is equipped to detect, analyze, and eliminate losses independently every single day. What are we looking for? Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Food, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
