About this role

Job Description: Key Responsibilities 1.Co-Pilots site MSE leadership team and Factory Director on site MSE program implementation towards site CBN 2.Comprehensively understand site loss and cost/loss linkage, co-pilots with FD, IE, S&F to achieve business cost benefit by driving loss elimination through MSE 3.Define and build critical capability for the sites in different layers with the 6-18 months outlook 4.Governance of site MSE progress based on site MSE master plan 5.Coach and engage site MSE team (leadership team, VSM MSE leaders, pillar leaders, etc.) on full involvement of MSE program 6.Lead the continuous improvement projects, masterplans, activities in the site level.
