About this role

Job Description: The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment to safely produce high-quality products in accordance with Mars Quality, Food Safety, and Operational Excellence standards. The role supports achievement of production targets through efficient machine operation, autonomous maintenance, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety and quality requirements. Packing Operator’s job is classified by several different levels by each task (palletize, kibble feeding, GP machine operator, etc). These tasks can be rotated based on requirement and skill levels. Safety & Quality Follow all Mars Safety, GMP, HACCP, and Quality standards. Ensure products meet packaging, coding, labeling, and traceability requirements.…
