Job Description: As the Portfolio Lead of the Gum & Mints brands, you’ll operate as the General Manager of our biggest, most strategically important and growing business – shaping the long-term strategy, identifying new sources of consumer demand, building breakthrough commercial plans and making investment choices for the future. This role serves as a key leadership pipeline position, developing the successful candidate for future succession to the Canadian Leadership Team.
