Job Description: Your Purpose & Impact at Mars The primary purpose of the SAP ICB Functional Expert is to secure stable Business as Usual (BaU) operations by providing Tier-2 technical support and maintaining robust ERP governance across Intercompany Balances and General Accounting. The role focuses on developing and mentoring the Key User community to drive knowledge management and manage key stakeholder relationships across IT, MGSF, and Business Units. Additionally, the role delivers continuous improvement, deploys technical enablers, and partners cross-functionally to lead complex business projects and end-to-end solutions.
