About this role

Job Description: This position is a key member of the Henderson, NV based Maintenance team and is responsible for the efficiency, safety, and reliability of the site’s manufacturing control and electrical operating systems. This individual will be working with electrical power systems, instrumentation, motor controls, PLC, HMI, data systems, and other aspects of factory control infrastructure. Additionally, the Senior Controls Technician is responsible for the technical development of Maintenance Technicians and management of key site programs (calibration, for example). The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate, take ownership for the ongoing performance of the plant, and demonstrate competency in teaching, coaching, and assessing others.…
