About this role

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the consolidation, governance, and global analysis of Digital Technology spending across MARS Inc. Beyond consolidating digital technology spend, the Sr. Manager will lead planning, forecasting, and integrated reconciliation processes, creating executive-level insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings an enterprise mindset, a continuous improvement orientation, and the interpersonal skills to build trust across all levels of the organization. What are we looking for? Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferred: FP&A and Strategic Finance background.…
