Senior Talent Sourcer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Sourcer to join our Americas Employer Reputation and Talent Sourcing team. You will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and sourcing diverse talent for hard-to-fill, technical, and/or critical vacancies to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce across our business. You will also be responsible for pipelining and engaging talent for future needs in critical areas and leveraging data and insights to partner with and advise hiring managers, talent partners, and stakeholders throughout Mars.
