About this role

Job Description: The Sr Manager, Strategic Initiatives supports Commercial leaders by aligning Commercial outcomes and targets with business, category, and regional strategies. This role is responsible for portfolio management, performance management, continuous improvement initiatives, and governance activities that support Commercial decision-making and execution. What are we looking for? Required Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in strategic development, performance management, business analysis, or related roles. Experience supporting strategy development and execution. Experience managing project portfolios, performance management, or governance activities.
