About this role

Job Description: As the NSW State Manager you will be responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the state, including sales, distribution, and execution. Responsible for people development, coaching and performance management of Territory Manages this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed objectives at store level. What you’ll do : Responsible for total state sales targets and strategy development for NSW. People Management; responsible for working in the field with Retail Representatives on a regular basis, tracking performance; merchandising, display and sales growth.
