Job Description: ROLE SUMMARY: The Supply Planner owns the day-to-day and rolling supply plan for a designated Mars Snacking portfolio, balancing customer service, inventory, capacity, production, and waste. Using demand forecasts, inventory targets, planning parameters, and supply constraints, this role develops feasible plans, identifies risks early, and coordinates actions across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance. The Supply Planner provides clear scenario analysis and recommendations for S&OP and Supply Chain Management Review, drives root-cause and corrective actions against key performance indicators, and continuously improves planning processes, data, and system performance.…
