About this role

Job Description: Job Purpose: This position is playing a key role in BAN strategy delivery and ensuring the leadership of the Supply technical team. The job purpose is to : Ensure reliability of all assets and deliver TRS through compliance to MSE program. Ensure effective selection, purchase, installation, commissioning, maintenance & retirement of assets, optimize profit, FATR and ROTA through delivery of the Small & Minor budget for Bangalore site. Drive continuous improvement of layout, assets & technical capabilities at site. Drive Site SIG Strategy in collaboration with Regional SIG, develop and deliver annual site goals/projects.
