About this role

Job Description: Location: Site based 5 days a week. What are we looking for ? In this role, you are responsible for implementing new products, packaging, processes, and raw materials on-site. You will collaborate with Commercial and R&D to ensure that our products meet specifications and that production can be successfully scaled up in the factory. Additionally, you will work closely with the Production team to optimize processes and eliminate unplanned losses from the factory floor. The core focus here is on eliminating chronic losses and non-value-added activities. Finally, you will support Operations in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues on the production lines.…
