Company: Marsh Description: Estamos buscando un Analista de Operaciones para unirse a nuestro equipo en el sector de seguros, con enfoque en mitigación de riesgos y cumplimiento (RCE). En este rol apoyarás el diseño y la ejecución de programas de mitigación, analizarás datos operativos en Excel para identificar brechas y recomendar controles, y colaborarás con clientes y equipos internos para asegurar la implementación de acciones correctivas. Buscamos a una persona con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en compañías o corredores de seguros, fuerte manejo de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos, macros) y habilidades de atención al cliente, análisis y autonomía.
