Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Enablement CoE team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Lead Specialist – Proposal Specialist The Commercial Enablement CoE function supports Strategic Bid Center while supporting Marsh across multiple geographies & businesses. You will be part of the Commercial Enablement function, primarily focusing on US employee health & benefits Consulting proposals (RFIs/RFPs). In this role, you will work closely with onshore stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals within tight deadlines.
