About this role

Über die Stelle Bei marta übernimmst du von Anfang an echte Verantwortung. Du baust unseren Betreuungsdienst in einer neuen Stadt eigenständig auf, von den ersten Mitarbeitenden über die ersten Kunden bis zu den ersten erfolgreich vermittelten Betreuungen. Du verantwortest den kompletten Markteintritt und führst den Standort von null in den laufenden Betrieb, remote aus unserem Berliner Büro, damit dich unser Team direkt unterstützen kann.
