Job Description: Seeking an individual with great organizational skills, communication skills and enjoys working with a team! The Clinic Manager is responsible for providing management oversight to the Hastings Family Care clinic. Job duties include: Plans, organizes and coordinates the daily operation of the medical clinic including: operational workflow, staffing, providers schedules, performance management, employee development, insurance information usage, finances, record maintenance, etc. Recommends and builds business cases to support the ongoing budgetary needs (equipment /supplies) of the clinic. Monitors budgetary performance on a monthly basis for variances and manages to budget on a yearly basis.…
