Job Summary: The Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for facilitating a high level of morale and cooperation in the store and promotes quality services and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Responds to customer and phone inquiries. Cleans and maintains the sales areas which includes stocking of products. Records cash and charge sales using point-of-sale cash register. Processes the return of merchandise in accordance with store policy. Keeps store aisles clear and open to prevent accidents.
