Job Summary: The Patient Safety Specialist (PSS) will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating programs to ensure that all clinical departments are following the Joint Commission's National Patient Safety Goals (NPSG's) and MWHC's patient safety program. The PSS will collect data through chart reviews and other methods while working with members of MWHC to identify opportunities to drive improvements in patient safety clinical outcomes and practice variation.
