Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our Fleet and Plant Maintenance operations in one of our Florida regions. The primary responsibility of the Regional Maintenance Manager is to lead Fleet and Plant Maintenance operations throughout the region. This position oversees the teams responsible for maintaining our Ready-Mix Concrete Production Plants, Ready-Mix Concrete Mixer Trucks, front-end loaders, and related equipment, with a focus on equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and minimizing operational downtime.…
