About this role
Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee the Company’s risk management, insurance, litigation coordination, and regulatory compliance functions. The primary responsibility of the Risk & Compliance Manager is to identify and manage areas of risk across the organization while developing strategies to reduce exposure and strengthen company practices. This position will oversee claims strategy, coordinate significant accidents and incidents, manage relationships with insurance partners and outside counsel, monitor regulatory compliance, and provide leadership with meaningful insight into claims, litigation, and operational risk trends.…
