About this role

Our long tenured client, a leading law firm in Northern NJ, is searching for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee multi-state payroll and firm-wide benefits. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Manage end‑to‑end multi-state payroll process. Oversee benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, disability, 401(k), LOA. Lead open enrollment, related communications, and assist employees with questions. Audit payroll and benefits data for data integrity and compliance. Support comp‑related reporting, including year‑end W‑2, ACA filings, 401(k) compliance. Process Improvement. YOU MIGHT BE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE: 4+ years of payroll and benefits experience in a law firm or other professional services firm. Multi‑state payroll experience.…
