About this role

Our tenured client, a leading industrial real estate company in Central, NJ, is searching for an experienced Property Controller. In this role you will: Oversee accounting functions for an assigned portfolio, including GL, AR, AP and cash management. Manage month-end and quarter-end close process, including JE's, accruals, and financial statement preparation. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Review and analyze financial statements Prepare annual operating budgets with property management and leasing teams. Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and prior periods Provide strategic financial insights to support asset management decisions and long-term portfolio planning.…
