A well-established and rapidly growing law firm in Essex County is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its thriving real estate practice. In this role, YOU will: Represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and business owners in commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan and financing documents, and development agreements. Handle commercial financing matters, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing. Advise clients on zoning, land use, permitting, title, and related regulatory matters. Assist with business and transactional matters involving real estate ownership, development, and investment.…
