About this role

Master Works is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to lead the business intelligence and data engineering functions, overseeing the enterprise data warehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI reporting ecosystem. In addition to technical leadership, this role acts as a strategic business partner across Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and Strategy to capture business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable decision-support tools. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements. Translate business requirements into data and analytics solutions.
