About this role

Position Summary:   The Regional Truancy Manager (RTM) ensures that a cohort of Mastery schools network effectively implements the network’s attendance response systems. This role focuses on reducing chronic absenteeism and truancy through tiered interventions, cross-agency collaboration, and consistent family engagement. The RTM provides direct oversight and support to school-based staff and serves as the primary liaison to external partners, including DHS, family court, and community organizations.
