About this role

Job Role : The Planning Engineer is responsible for production planning, scheduling, and coordination of manufacturing activities related to HVAC coil products (e.g., chilled water coils, condenser coils, and Evaporator coils). The role ensures optimal use of resources, on-time delivery, and alignment between sales, procurement, and production teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and forecasts Create detailed production schedules for coil manufacturing processes (fin pressing, tube expansion, brazing, testing, etc.) Ensure efficient machine loading and manpower utilization Adjust plans based on priority orders, delays, or material shortages 2.…
