Role Purpose: The Heat Exchanger Technician is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, testing, and maintenance of heat exchangers. The role ensures that all units meet quality standards, design specifications, and safety requirements in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate, assemble, and install heat exchangers according to technical drawings and specifications. Operate and maintain fabrication equipment such as welding machines, bending machines, and cutting tools. Conduct inspection and testing of components to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heat exchanger units. Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues during fabrication.…
