Key Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in machinery and equipment. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. Manage maintenance records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
