Job Purpose The HVAC Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring the quality of HVAC coils (evaporator, condenser, and custom coils) during and after manufacturing. The role ensures full compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements. The inspector monitors production processes, identifies defects, and ensures that only high-quality coils are delivered. Key Responsibilities 1. Coil Inspection & Quality Assurance Inspect HVAC coils (copper, aluminum, fin & tube coils) during various stages of production—brazing, expansion, fin press, assembly, and leak testing. Verify coil dimensions, tube geometry, fin spacing, U-bend quality, header connections, brazing quality, and overall build accuracy.…
