HR Systems Manager Home Based with some travel 12 months The HR Systems Manager plays an integral role in the wider HR Change Programme. The HR Systems Manager is responsible for leading on effective use of the D365 Talent system to ensure we adhere to robust HR standards and that we optimize its use. In addition, the HR Systems Manager will lead on coordination of HR design for further development and roll-out of the system in the confederation global context, with a strong focus on communication, collaboration and innovative problem solving.
