This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in metallurgical or materials engineering, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to: Develop, implement, and optimize process parameters to support primary operations including melting, casting, and forming.
