About this role
We are seeking a full-time Utility Steward to support the team by demonstrating the highest standards of culinary excellence, accountability, respect, integrity, and compassion. The utility steward is responsible for providing support to the Food and Beverage Department by maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and back-of-house work area, including dishwashing of china, glassware, flatware. Maintains the food storeroom and executes special projects under the direction of the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine and/or Executive Chef. May also set up public areas and help in dining area as requested by management. This is a safety sensitive position. Shift timings may vary but afternoon/evening & weekend availability is required.…
