About We are hiring a second Shift Welder for production at our Jackson, TN, location. The position starts at $22.60/hour plus an additional $2.50 shift differential for hours worked (excludes PTO, holidays, etc.) 2nd Shift's hours are MONDAY - THURSDAY, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am , with opportunities for overtime.
