Your job Being a Quant Trader is neither a part-time job nor a full-time job. It’s a lifestyle. The crypto markets are opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, you need to be passionate about the job, you always want to follow the developments in the crypto space and most of all, love watching the markets. You need to be excited to spot opportunities and work closely with the team. It is a rewarding job, but that comes at the cost of always wanting to be present, whether it is day or night. As a Quant Trader, you have a competitive attitude and have the eagerness to constantly improve yourself and to capitalize on opportunities.
