Contract Term: November 2026 – January 2027 | 11/1/2026-1/31/2027 Compensation: $7,500-8,500/month based on relevant experience About HERO: HERO is an immersive entertainment and cultural destination located in Rockefeller Center, blending technology, storytelling, retail, food & beverage, and live experiences. We are seeking a highly organized Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day retail operations during our busiest operating season. This is a hands-on operational role with a strong emphasis on back-of-house retail management, inventory control, fulfillment, and logistics while also ensuring an exceptional guest shopping experience.
