About This Role The Office of the CEO at MatX operates as a team of three: the CEO, his Chief of Staff, and you (reporting to the Chief of Staff). You’ll own the operational surface area of this office, allowing the CoS and CEO to focus on company-wide strategy and operational decision-making.
