About this role

The Employer Branding and People Experience Specialist is responsible for correctly applying Corporate Employer Branding strategies (attraction and retention). The core responsibilities of the role are: creating a corporate image consistent with the company's identity as an employer (place of work), in harmony with the target audience and completely separate from that of competitors. Qualifications Performs all internal/external network creation and development activities to maximize the effectiveness of touch points (physical and digital) with prospects, candidates, schools, institutions, etc.…
