Warum wir Dich brauchen? Bei MaxSolar entwickeln, bauen und betreiben wir Erneuerbare-Energien-Projekte in den Bereichen Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher, Windenergie, Ladeinfrastruktur und Fernwärme. Um unser weiteres Wachstum nachhaltig zu finanzieren, suchen wir einen Head of Project Finance (m/w/d). Du verantwortest die Finanzierung unseres wachsenden IPP-Portfolios – von der frühen Projektphase über die Strukturierung und Verhandlung mit der finanzierenden Bank bis zum Financial Close und in die Betriebsphase. Dabei verbindest Du fundiertes Finance-Know-how mit unternehmerischem Denken. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Projekt-, Legal-, Commercial- und Controlling-Teams zusammen, steuerst externe Finanzierungspartner und entwickelst Project Finance bei MaxSolar strategisch weiter.…
