About this role

At Maxwell, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to ensure that all people operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all HR related subjects. This will include monitoring recruitment procedures and managing a team. You should also be able to manage HR programs including defining and maintaining our company's Culture. Onboarding program. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met + aligned with business objectives.
