Our redesigned dilution refrigerator gives labs more fridges per room, more experiments per fridge, and a level of reliability and usability the field has never had. We are a fast-growing, venture-backed team of scientists and engineers, and the cryogenic systems we build ship to leading quantum computing groups around the world. We are seeking a Production Manager to help stand up and run production at our new operations facility in Singapore. You will lead a team of technicians building, testing, and shipping dilution refrigerators, and you will be the hands-on expert on the floor: training the team, owning build quality, and solving problems as they come up.…
