At Maze, we're building AI-powered vulnerability management as generative AI reshapes what's possible in cybersecurity. The team is small, fast, and growing. We need someone who makes that growth possible by owning the operational backbone of the company.
This is not a coordinator role. It's a full-ownership position: everything that makes a company function at Series A and beyond: financial reporting, board packs, compliance, people ops, offsite logistics, and everything else that comes up every day. You'll work closely with the VP Operations, take the full breadth of operational work, and run it. Build systems where none exist. Get the company ready for future growth.
