About McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries. We are looking for a Tourism Manager to lead the tourism strategy for Noventa Designer Outlet, one of Italy's premier shopping destinations. In this role, you'll develop and execute the annual tourism business plan, build strategic relationships with tour operators and tourism stakeholders, identify new business opportunities and deliver initiatives that increase visitor numbers, footfall and revenue.
